Looking down the hill on Mosshead Road after a heavy snowfall. Some cars had managed to get down, but only a few 4x4s had successfully come up the hill. Non-4x4 vehicles were not getting up. The barriers for utilities work being carried out had reduced the width of the road, which doesn't help.
