The tower to the left is part of Image In 2006 Taemar (formerly Adderstone Construction) converted this former Victorian warehouse, previously used by Newcastle’s College of Arts, into 31 apartments each of which are described as unique and incorporating many original features. The £5.5 million development also included a commercial unit on the ground floor of the property currently occupied by Patrick Parsons, Consulting Engineers.
