This lad and his sister are the proud owners of this go-kart or bogey which they told me they were given by a neighbour, if I recall correctly, who had it laying unused in his shed, and gave it to them to give it a new lease of life. I haven't seen this sort of vehicle in 30+ years, maybe longer.
