Slavin Church is located near the Rosscor Viaduct Road on A46, just east of Belleek. It was built as a chapel of ease for parish members who lived far from the Inishmacsaint Parish Church at Church Hill (1686 - 1827) and then at Benmore after 1827. It appears to date from the early nineteenth century; records for this new church date back to 1800 and the earliest grave stone is dated 1835.
