#88 Market Street is presently occupied by L Mitchell opticians who have practised in Hyde since the 1940s. They used to by higher up the street at #110. For a time it was a charity shop for Help the Aged Image #90 was a for a number of years the offices of the estate agents Ian Tonge. It was empty for some time but is now again an estate agents, Your Move. #92 is Ladbrokes betting shop.
