A row of 5 early 19th century workers' cottages in a courtyard behind Marine Terrace. Only 4 are visible here, as no 8 is out of sight at the far end, set slightly back from the others. The row is named for a short-sailed windmill that was located close by here in the 18th century, but demolished in the mid 19th. The terrace is described as the 'best remaining courtyard in Aberystwyth', and whilst each house holds its own Grade II listing, the descriptions are identical https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300010741-4-windmill-court-aberystwyth#.WlcYJ_ll9hE
