This is the site of Delaport House. It was the Fire Station, until it moved to Dorchester Road, before moving again in 2009 to Poundbury. It was then a showrooms and then, until about 2009, the Fire Station nightclub. It was bought by Scottish and Southern Energy Power Distribution and demolished to allow access for replacement of the 50 year old electrical substation behind. The wall contains the Dorchester coat of arms from the old building. See Image Gates have yet to be fitted to the site. The site is between Iceland and Trinity Street toilets and car park.
