The Dell, Leamington

The Dell is a narrow park in a small ditch to the north of Warwick Street. It is the former course of the Bins Brook, which was culverted in the 1820s when the road was built to link Leamington with Warwick. A footpath runs along the length of the park, parallel to Warwick Terrace.
