Victoria Street has been closed to vehicular traffic and adorned with planters. a short section of two way cycle path has been provided near the junction with Cathedral Approach. The cycle path terminates at a large puddle, after which it joins a 'shared use' path along the pavement. Despite a pair of shared use cycle path signs there is also a 'cyclists dismount' sign on one of the poles.
