Scottish Power Renewables’ East Anglia One offshore wind farm is 30m/48km offshore. Its onshore cable will run 23m/37km from Bawdsey to the Bramford substation west of Ipswich. Archaeological digs have taken place along the route. Image] was taken from more or less the same spot in August 2017. I did not then notice or realise the significance of the stakes marking out the route of the cable.
