Gate pillars of the former Royal Portora School which was founded by the Royal Charter in 1608, by James I and moved to this location in 1778. In 2016, Portora Royal School was merged with Enniskillen Collegiate Grammar School to form Enniskillen Royal Grammar School https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enniskillen_Royal_Grammar_School .
