The milestone is located 90m north east of the junction with Green Lane End, on the grass verge/bank, 12m back from the road under tall gorse, on the north west side of the road. Parish of Bovey Tracey (Teignbridge District). Carved stone post, Haytor granite tramway stone design, erected by the granite company in the 19th century.
