The lane is partly hedged, with many gaps which don't matter while livestock is not grazed her. This substantial old tree trunk partly plugging one gap will not be falling further for a few years! The trig point is a few metres off to the right, behind the camera and in this field, but not as marked on the map. OS 1:25000 maps mark it correctly.
