The former Nautical College, 1974, by A.R. Peadon, City Architect. A tall block, partially on stilts. Subsequently the Derek Crothall Building, University of Lincoln. Since September 2013, renamed Hull Trinity House Academy, having transferred from its long-established building in Princes Dock Street.
