The location is ideal for those wishing to commute via. road or rail with local railway halt offering links to Holywood, Bangor, Belfast and beyond.” The following planning permission (3 December 2015) applies “W/2014/0500/F (AMENDED PROPOSAL) Proposed construction of 10 no. dwellings comprising of 8 no. detached and 2 no. semi-detached with associated car parking and landscaping 15-19 Seahill Road Craigavad Holywood”.
