Now the Stephen Perse Foundation Visual Arts Centre, this unattractive building dates from 1896. It was originally St Paul's Parish Institute (those words are incised in an arc above the circular window in the tympanum) but in 1994 became part of the Perse School for Girls (incised on the lintel above the two doors).
