Carved stone post by the A67, in parish of MARWOOD (TEESDALE District), Darlington Road, Barnard Castle, by "Willowfield", on pavement, by wall, on South side of road. BC/D stone, erected by the Stockton & Barnard Castle turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- : BC / 1 : : D / 15 : Grade II Listed.
