Cast iron post by the A619, in parish of HOLYMOORSIDE AND WALTON (NORTH EAST DERBYSHIRE District), Baslow Road; Nether Chandlerhill, in South West angle of junction with Chandler Hill Lane, beside stone wall near gate, on South side of road. Matlock iron bobbin, erected by the Chesterfield & Hernstone Lane Head (& branches) turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : BASLOW 5 / BAKEWELL 9 / BUXTON 20 / MANCHESTER 40 : : LONDON 154 : : CHESTERFIELD / 3 : Grade II Listed.
