Carved stone post by the A39, in parish of TRURO (CARRICK District), Tolgarrick, Truro side of railway bridge, on the verge by lay-by, on West side of road. Truro stone, erected by the Truro turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- FROM TRURO 1 MILE Carved benchmark on front face. Grade II Listed.
