Carved stone post by the B1368, in parish of Melbourn (South Cambridgeshire District), Flint Cross, at junction of A505 and B1368, on grass verge, on West side of road. Trinity stone, erected by Trinity Hall Cambridge in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- : {<-hand} / TO / ROYSTON / {hand->} / TO WHITTLESFORD : : XI / MILES TO / CAMBRIDGE / {hand->} / AD / MDCCXXXI : Carved benchmark on left face. Grade II listed.
