Cast iron post by the UC road, in parish of Newport Pagnell (Milton Keynes District), Tickford Street; in front of No. 32 (now a new terraced house on site of the Old Forge), opposite The Bull PH, on grass between small lane and path to house, on South side of road. Grundy iron casting, erected by the Hockliffe & Woburn turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : NEWPORT : : LONDON / 50 : : WOBURN / 8½ : Maker:- : GRUNDY & Co / NORTHAMPTON / FOUNDRY : Grade II listed.
