Carved stone plaques by the UC road, in parish of High Wycombe (Wycombe District), Church Square; opposite Guild Hall on Market building known as the Pepper Pot, incised on the frieze running round the Little Market House (above arches), on North side of road. Beaconsfield diamond pillar, erected by the Beaconsfield & Stokenchurch turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- : TO LONDON 29 MILES : : TO OXFORD 25 MILES : The Little Market House is Grade II* listed.
