Cast iron post by the A418, in parish of Bierton with Broughton (Aylesbury Vale District), Aylesbury Road; Bierton Village, by No. 188, Yew Tree Cottage, on grass between road and tarmac path, on North side of road. Leighton iron casting, erected by the Aylesbury & Hockliffe turnpike trust in the 19th century. Broken. Inscription reads:- : LEIGHTON / 8½ / HOCKLIFFE / 12 : : BIERTON : : AYLESBU(RY) / 2 : Buckinghamshire HER.
