Carved stone post by the A4130, in parish of Didcot (South Oxfordshire District), Broadway, opposite Fire Station, on wide well kept grass area, on South side of road. Didcot tombstone, erected by the Wallingford, Wantage & Faringdon turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- WANTAGE 8 WALLINGFORD 6 Oxfordshire HER.
