Conversion of no 195 Templemore Avenue to apartments. The following planning permission applies “LA04/2017/1414/F Conversion of existing building to create 8 one bedroom apartments, amenity space, bin store, cycle parking and ancillary accommodation 195 Templemore Avenue Belfast BT5 4FR”.
