At its heart, an 18th century town house, greatly altered in (presumably) the 19th when the shop windows and probably an extra doorway were added. It was given a Grade II listing https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101203444-699-warwick-road-silhill-ward#.WiW6c9SLTGg in 1976.
