An office block in Philpot Lane is in the process of being demolished, requiring the assistance of this large crane which is affixed to the tower in two places. Even viewed from Botolph Lane, the next street to the south, it is not possible to photograph street level and the uppermost section of the crane at the same time. A sign on the cordon is worded as the above title.
