Grade II listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101076720-144-high-street-st-alphege-ward#.WhUtJIZl-M8 in 1976, what we see here is a 19th century refacing of a much earlier building, so the visible timber framing to the first floor is false.
