Seen over the roof of Huddersfield railway station. The plant in the distance is a non-hazardous waste incinerator that can burn up to 136,000 tonnes per annum and generates 9.5 MW of electricity at 11 kV. In 2009 the plant operated for 7823 hours and produced a total of 81371 MWh and exported to the grid 69922 MWh. That indicates quite a high 'house load', presumably at least in part to operate the clean-up kit.
