Attached to railings by the junction of Royal York Crescent with Regent Street. I think the railings and raised pavement may lay claim to being part of the listing at https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1202515 , although the end terrace behind, housing a hair salon, is excluded.
