The AED sign does not refer to the contents of the installation, nor that of the road-diggers. Nor does it refer to the coffee cups on the top of the plant. Perhaps it's just as well that a needy patient would not need such hefty machinery for resuscitation. Actually, the AED box is on the side of the wall, and the contents of the utility box is believed to be a sewage pump.
