Annie's Cafe/Tea Rooms opened in June this year. It is on the A35 so has plenty of potential for passing trade, though it's not an easy road to cross against oncoming traffic. It had previously been a Dog Grooming establishment, a restaurant (The Old English House) and the Sun public house (shut in the 60s). Has a freestanding sign outside which is new. It has very good write ups on Trip Advisor.
