Former Railway Inn at Fourstones

Sadly no longer in business. As its name suggests, there was once a railway station at Fourstones. Baden-Powell brought a group of Scouts here by rail, for the first Scout Camp after the foundation of the Scouting movement (his better known camp at Brownsea Island pre-dates the foundation of the Scouts).
