Situated in Foundry Street BB4 6HQ, this TE would appear to date from the 1960s, has the code LCROS and used to take the name Rossendale which was a medieval forest covering the area. It serves 18,457 residential and 1,044 non-residential premises in Haslingden and Rawtenstall plus the surrounding area. This TE is one of nine such TEs in the Rochdale (01706) group.
