At the corner of Corporation Street and Oldham Street. The Post Office moved to modern building in the Market Place many years ago. The building is now used as offices. For a while it was the offices of Surestart and the Tameside Children's Centre. It is now "For Let" again. Adjacent are Hyde Festival Theatre and the Theatre Royal.
