There is the following application for planning permission (31 August 2017) “LA04/2017/2018/LBC Refurbishment of grade B listed gate lodge, proposed works; replacement windows, new kitchen and bathroom, new heating system and fireplaces, replacement roof to part of building and new vehicular access 34 College Gardens Malone Lower Belfast BT9 6BT”.
