This is on the corner of Thomas Street and Pountney Street. The former church premises now houses the Roger Chetters vehicle maintenance workshops. The Pountney Street Primitive Methodist Chapel building was opened in 1893 as a mission hall in the Darlington Street Wesleyan Methodist Circuit. It was closed for worship in 1949.
