The site board states 'Hull City-Wide Developer Partnership / New Homes built for and by the people of Hull'. Between August 2016 and January 2018, Home Group are building 142 'affordable' dwellings (93 Council houses and 49 for the registered provider) at Bilton Grove, Portobello Street and Marfleet Lane. Depicted are semi-detached houses at plots 23 and 24 (No.125 Bilton Grove and No.250 Portobello Street).
