Its website states "Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is a not-for-profit multi-stakeholder co-operative that supports people with learning disabilities in Wales, to lead fulfilled lives, at home and in the community. We support people with autism, challenging behaviour, older people, and provide breaks and support for carers."
