The white campaniled building, built in 1838 as a school by E.H. Browne, but owing its present appearance to the Italianising C.G. Searle and Charles Parker in 1860. Grade II listed. Occupied at the time by sports goods retailers, Y3. Further on is a former seed warehouse of the 1860s.
