No 9 New Street is one of the row of mid 19th century Georgian town houses that lines the road, and which were granted Grade II listings https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300014260-9new-streetaberdyfigwynedd-aberdovey#.WcOp12uPKM8 in 1994. There are also a couple of similar properties on the south side of the street which have escaped listing.
