Confusing, as this road starts as School Lane, off the B5194, and changes to Ribbler's Lane at Randle's Brook, which is an old parish boundary. The boundary has moved up to the A580 but the change of road name has stayed the same. Ribbler's Lane is closed off at the A580, but continues on the other side. There are two hotels here, a Holiday Inn on the left and the Suites Hotel on the right.
