Viewed across Leckwith Road in mid September 2017. The Cardiff City Football Club website states that this recently installed state-of-the-art air dome at the Cardiff International Sports Campus provides all-year-round sports facilities for the region. It is part of the ongoing development and regeneration of the site that has seen continued investment from Tan Sri Vincent Tan, Steve Borley, Cardiff City House of Sport, Cardiff & Vale College and the Welsh Government. Similar to those at Chelsea and Ajax, the £650,000 air dome encloses an artificial pitch. It provides enhanced indoor training for sports teams and individuals during the winter months.
