Derelict cottages and associated ground, on the southern side of the Nutt’s Corner Road, currently offered for sale. The agents’ description includes “Residential Development Opportunity with outline planning permission for 3 detached dwellings and garages . . Lands have been part cleared for development, subject to full planning permission.” I have no connection with the sale and cannot enter into correspondence. To avoid any confusion this is not the same property as Image (June 2013).
