Harpur Street extends for 35 metres from Penarth Road to the southern edge of the Brains brewery in central Cardiff. The notice on the gate at the brewery entrance states: NO PARKING. ACCESS TO BE MAINTAINED FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES AT ALL TIMES.
