To mark the retirement, at the end of the Lord's Test Match against the West Indies, of the veteran BBC radio Test Match Special commentator and bus-spotter Henry Blofeld, Nottingham City Transport named the first of its bio-gas double deckers after him at a ceremony on the first day of the England v South Africa Trent Bridge Test Match on 14 July 2017. Henry Blofeld OBE runs on the No 6 Edwalton service and passes Trent Bridge several times a day. It had just stopped at the Hound Road stop near the main entrance to the ground.
