The towers keep coming at Canary Wharf. I think these two are Newfoundland (by Horden Cherry Lee), flats which will top out at sixty storeys, and offices at 1 Bank Street (by Kohn Pederson Fox), a mere 27 storeys, a height which the core has already reached.
