Early morning light flooding into the glazed screen at the eastern end of the building illuminates the functionally ornate ironwork of this fine building. Originally the Royal Agricultural Hall and completed in 1862 it was home to agricultural shows such as the Smithfield Show until 1938. It is now a grade II listed structure.
