Vulcan 0-4-0 "Telemon" no. 295 of 1955 with a guards brake. Operational for passenger and shunting duties at Oswestry. The vehicle to the right is a ballast cleaner. I am obliged to Cambrian Heritage Railways http://www.cambrianrailways.com/ on this a non-operating day and their volunteers, for their time in allowing me to explore and provide some fascinating detail.
