Crossing the former Midland Railway Mirfield Junction to Newtown Goods branch line a little to the south east of Helm Farm. The blue brick parapets are overhung with lush vegetation. In summer, anyway. The trackbed to the west of Paul Lane has found a new use as the Calder Valley Greenway.
